Disclosure of Information on The Resignation of Mr. Michel Dube as Director of PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk. (“Company”)

As per the notification to the Indonesia Financial Service Authority and the Indonesian Stock Exchange by letter number 006/GT/L/VI/2015 dated June 1st, 2015, Mr. Michel Dube has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company.

The resignation shall be effective per the closing of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and the governing law and regulations.

The reason for Mr. Dube’s resignation is solely based on personal consideration.
