President Director

Suryo Pratomo earned his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Animal Science at Bogor Agricultural University in 1983, He completed his graduate studies at the same institution in [year]. He began his career as a journalist at Kompas in 1987 and served as Editor-in-Chief of Kompas from 2000 to 2008; subsequently, he served as Deputy CEO of the Kompas Gramedia Group from 2005 to 2008. He subsequently served as News Director at Metro TV from 2008 to 2016, followed by a position as a member of the Editorial Board of Media Group from 2008 to the present. He served as CEO of Metro TV from 2017 to 2019, and subsequently served on the Board of Executive of Media Group from January to September 2020. He has also served as a Commissioner of Metro TV from 2016 to the present. Budhi Santoso Tanasaleh
Vice President Director

Budhi Santoso Tanasaleh received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1983 and 1989. He took several Master of Business Administration courses from the University of Dallas and Nova University, Florida, from 1989 to 1991. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Motorola Inc, U.S.A. for 8 years and at PT Motorola Indonesia for 6 years, where he last held the position as Country Manager for the Pager Division. He spent 1 year as Vice President for Marketing at Citibank NA, Jakarta in 1998. He joined the Company as Export Manager in 2001. He holds U.S. patents registered with the United States Patent Office and a number of pending patent disclosures. Previously he served as Director from 2004 to 2007, as Vice President Director from 2007 to 2016 and as President Director from 2016 to 2018. He was appointed as the Vice President Director of the Company since 2018 until present.

Kisyuwono
Director

Kisyuwono holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara. Prior to joining the Company, he worked as an auditor with the governments Internal Audit, Financial and Development Supervisory Board (BPKP), from 1982-1992. He first joined the Company as Assistant Accounting Manager in 1992. He was appointed as Director of the Company since 2004 until present.

Hendra Soerijadi
Director

Hendra Soerijadi holds a Diploma in Business Management from the National University of Singapore. Currently, he also serves as President Director of PT Filamendo Sakti since 2006, and as President Commissioner of PT Gajah Tunggal Prakarsa since 2017. He was the Vice President Director of PT Filamendo Sakti 1997-2006 and the Vice President Director of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk from 1996 to 1999. He was appointed as a Director of the Company since 2004 until present.

Hui Chee Teck
Director

Hui Chee Teck received his Bachelors degree in Business (Marketing) from La Trobe University, Australia. He previously worked for YHI Manufacturing Group where his last position was General Manager in charge of global sales and marketing of Alloy Wheels. He has over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, 7 years of experience in precision laser engineering and 5 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held various senior managerial positions in Singapore, working for Globaltraco Int and Singapore Bandag Pte Ltd. He joined the Company in 2011 as Senior General Manager of Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, and got promoted to become Executive Vice President in 2012. He was appointed as Director of the Company in 2014 until present.

Tan Yee Sin
Director

Tan Yee Sin holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with Merit Certificate) from Singapore Polytechnic, Airframe & Engine Certificate from Air Engineering Training Institute, and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Murdoch University (2009). Previously, he was General Manager of Purchasing at Giti Tires Pte Ltd (May 2013-September 2019), Sales and Marketing Director of PT Bukit Baiduri Energi Group (March 2013-September 2014), Managing Director of SP Resources International Pte Ltd (January 2007-February 2013), Marketing Director of Flexible Packaging Pte Ltd (September 1998-December 2006), Sales & Application Engineer of Farrel Asia Ltd (Farrel Corporation) from April 1995 to September 1998, Sales Executive of Flexible Packaging & Marketing (June 1992-April 1995) and Airframe and Engine Specialist of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (June 1980-June 1992). Previously he served as Executive Vice President of the Company from 2019. He was appointed as Director of the Company in 2020 until present.
