Sutanto
President Commissioner
Sutanto finished his military education at Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian in 1983, followed by SESPIMPOL in Lembang, Bandung until 1990, and LEMHANAS until 2000. Previously, he was the Head of the Indonesian State Intelligence Agency from 2010 to 2011. He also served as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina and PT Angkasa Pura II. He has occupied various positions such as Chief of the Indonesian National Police, Head of Daily Operations at the National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BNN), Head of the Institute for Education and Training of the Indonesian National Police, Chief of Police in East Java, Chief of Police in North Sumatera and numerous other positions. He was appointed as Independent President Commissioner of the Company in 2013 until present.
Sugeng Rahardjo
Vice President Commissioner
Sugeng Rahardjo holds a Bachelor Degrees in Economy (1980), and Foreign Service Course, Department of Foreign Affairs (1983), Course on the Latin American History from the Catholic University de Buenos Aires (1986), Diplomatic Skill Training, School of Advanced International Studies, John Hopkins University, Washington, D.C. (1991), Short Course of the People Centre Development Strategies, World Bank (1992), graduated from the mid-career Foreign Service Course, Department of Foreign Affairs (1997) and the advanced-career Foreign Service Course, Department of Foreign Affairs (1997). He was the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Peoples Republic of China concurrence Mongolia from March 2014 to the end of 2017. Previously, he was the Inspector General of the Department of Foreign Affairs (now Ministry of Foreign Affairs) since 2010-2014, and has occupied various important positions in the Department, with assignments in Indonesia and abroad. He was honoured Satya Lencana Karya Satya by the Republic of Indonesia. He was appointed as President Director of the Company since 2018 until present.
Tan Enk Ee
Commissioner
Tan Enk Ee obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney in 1992, and a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of GITI Tire Pte Ltd as well, a position he has held since 2009. In addition, he is also a member of several executive boards, such as the Conservation International and MIT Asia Executive Board. Prior to his appointment with the Company, for 3 years he served as Chief Executive Officer of Gul Technologies Singapore Ltd, a SGX-ST listed company. His previous positions include Executive Director for Tuan Sing Holding Ltd, Managing Director for TS Matrix Berhad as well as a medical officer in Australia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Previously he was serving as Director from 2006-2016, as Vice President Director from 2006-2007, and from 2016-2018. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President Commissioner of the Company since 2018 until present.
Gautama Hartarto
Commissioner
Gautama Hartarto graduated from Boston University in 1991 with a Master of Arts in Economic Policy degree and received a Certificate of Professional Study in Project Management from Arthur D. Little in 1990. He currently holds several senior positions in other companies, including President Director of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk since 1991, and President Director of PT Bando Indonesia since 1992. Currently he was appointed as Commissioner of the Company in 2004 until present.
Sudrajat
Commissioner
Sudrajat finished his military academy education at the Magelang Military Academy in 1971, then attended various education and training both military and general, including the Army Staff and Command School, Lemhanas, various military education in Australia and USA, and obtained a Master of Public Administration degree (MPA) from Harvard University, USA. His career journey includes various positions domestically and abroad. Within the TNI Army, he has occupied various positions such as Head of the TNI Information Center, Special Advisor to the TNI Commander, and member of the National Defense Council (Wantannas) under the Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs, he retired from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005, with his last position as Director General of Defense Strategy. His career abroad, as Defense Attaché in London and Washington DC. Apart from that, various roles in international assignments such as at the UN Emerging Force in Egypt, chairman/deputy chairman in several international dialogues/forums, both representing the TNI and the Ministry of Defense. He was appointed as Ambassador in China from January 2006 to December 2009. Upon his return from China, he was heavily involved in various organizations that promoted relations between Indonesia and China. Currently he serves as Chairman of LIC (Association of Indonesia – China Economic, Social and Cultural Cooperation). He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company from 2024 until now.
Ris Sutarto

Ris Sutarto attended various military academies, including AKABRI in 1973, and earned a Doctorandus degree from the Police Academy in 1985. He began his career with the Indonesian National Police in 1974 and served until 2005, holding his final positions as Head of the BNN’s Ganja Lakhar Task Force in 2004 and Head of the General Staff at the National Police Headquarters in 2005, with his final rank being Senior Commissioner of Police. He subsequently transferred from the Indonesian National Police to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, serving as Director of Intelligence at the Directorate General of Immigration in 2006, Head of the Personnel Bureau at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009 with his final rank as Senior Advisor, Grade IV E (Civil Servant), Special Staff to the Minister at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009, and served as an Extraordinary Lecturer at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights until 2024.
He was active at the State Intelligence Agency as a Supporting Expert for the Task Force on Combating Domestic and Foreign Economic Crimes in 2011 and subsequently served as Special Staff to the Deputy Speaker of the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR), Dr. Oesman Sapta, in 2015.
