QUALITY MANAJEMEN SYSTEM CERTIFICATION
The Company is committed to improve its product quality, as reflected in its achievement in passing the international quality management system certification ISO 9002 for its radial tire production quality control system in 1995. Two years later, in 1997, the radial tire plant received ISO 9001 certification for its quality in design, development and installation systems.
In 2002, the Company was the recipient of the prestigious certificate in automotive industry, QS 9000 from TUV Rheinland of North America. In 2005, the Company received ISO/TS 16949, an upgrade from QS 9000. This ISO/TS 16949 quality certification is more prestigiously regarded by automotive industry global. In June 2009, the Company achieved ISO 14001:2004 for its Environmental management system, which is an important indicator for the Company’s environmental consciousness.
And in 2018 the company has passed the IATF16949: 2016 certification which is the quality management system for the latest edition of the automotive industry and ISO14001: 2015 the latest edition of the environmental management system from TUV Nord Indonesia

PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. is committed to producing global quality products by continuing to attempt to get a certification of products from various countries where the product is sold. Up to now PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk has a certificate of the products including: SNI (Indonesia), DOT (USA), E-mark (Eropa), BPS (Filipina), GSO ( Middle East), SASO ( Saudi Arabia), In-Metro ( Brasilia), LATU (Uruguay), VSCC( Taiwan), BSI BIS (India) SONCAP (Nigeria), dan ISIRI (Iran).
Product testing to get the product certification is performed in the laboratory of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk which has been accredited ISO/IEC17025 since 2005. With this certificate the lab PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk has recognized the competence of testing Laboratories bering certified in product testing, PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.
